Book 10 - Elemental Games

It's the week before Yule and the day before the full moon hunt. Izzy is locked into a battle with her daughter and an attempt to find a fay child-murderer. The police have their hands full with a surge in crimes related to water fay. Luck & Judgement are short of staff with a packed waiting room when godwife Scarlett unexpectedly turns up to help. It’s just as well, as the office has been hexed.

Declan wins his bet with Michael to sort it out and Izzy has the feeling this is all about to go terribly wrong. What neither of them is prepared for is the skill and artistry of their opponent’s deadly games. Or opponents. The office prank turns lethal, with no guarantee Declan can save the staff. Michael’s plague of ex-lovers seems less threatening, then one of their cubs is kidnapped and placed in the way of a magically-enhanced disaster.

Izzy and her mates can trace some of the magic back to ancient roots, with links to a group of werewolves they can call on for help. However, by the time they realise they are up against a reserve of immense power as well as the darkest magic, it may be too late to save their home or family.
