Book 9 - Blood magic

It’s May and Izzy joins witches Marnie and Ishbel for a fun weekend at a B&B they all love. She had no plans to fall heavily in lust with Roman werewolf Marcus, ordered to a break from domestic stress. Other guests include three people attending a conference held locally by the famous magician Gwydion Derw.

All goes well until the guests take part in a Roman Hallowe'en ritual. Far from appease the unquiet dead, it stirs them to threaten all the living in the house. As the descent into hell begins, Izzy and her friends realise that each of the guests has a secret, and their survival depends on gathering scattered fragments of information from around the house and grounds in a deathly treasure hunt.

Gradually, their access to the grounds and rooms is cut off, making it impossible to move around the house safely to collect what they need. Once Declan and Michael get in, they’re in the same trap. As they piece together their grim jigsaw, Izzy and her companions discover a deadly market in souls with only one way out - someone must pay the blood price.
